Eligibility : The 2010 NIVEA Good-Bye Cellulite, Hello Bikini Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have Internet access and a valid e-mail address prior to April 23, 2010.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel via private car service with meet and greet; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Beverly Hilton Hotel (single room, double occupancy); daily breakfast at the Beverly Hilton Hotel during stay; $250 per person in spa services at Spa Aqua; and $500 spending money. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.
