One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
* Two (2) tickets to see the world premiere of Iron Man 2 in Los Angeles, CA, scheduled to take place on May 4, 2010;
* Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the airport closest to the winner’s hometown to a Los Angeles, CA airport (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if the Winner’s hometown is within 100 miles, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Los Angeles, CA; and
* Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in Los Angeles, CA.
Five (5) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:
* Two (2) VIP movie passes (“Passes”) to see an advanced screening of Iron Man 2 in the screening location closest to the Winner’s hometown. The Passes entitle the Winner and his or her guest to skip any waiting lines and guarantee reserved seating during the screening. Transportation is not included in the Runner-Up prizes.
