Eligibility : The Claritin Living Clear Promotion (the “Promotion”) will be divided into two (2) phases (see Section 4 below). Both phases of the Promotion are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are excluded from entry and participation) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Promotion Period : The Promotion will be divided into two (2) phases.
The first phase, the Share Your Story Contest, starts 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/1/10 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on 4/20/10 (hereafter, “Phase 1 Period”).
The second phase, the Vote and Win Instant Win Game, starts 12:00:00 pm (noon) ET on 5/6/10 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on 6/3/10 (hereafter, “Phase 2 Period”).

One (1) Contest Grand Prize
A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to a destination in the U.S. chosen by Sponsor (in its sole discretion) for the winner’s opportunity to appear in a Claritin® online commercial and $10,000 awarded to winner only in the form of a check. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near the winner’s residence in the U.S. to the Sponsor-selected destination; one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights; and round trip ground transportation to and from commercial shoot location.
