Eligibility : To participate in the Hawaiian Tropic Discover the Beauty of Sun Protection Sweepstakes, you must be a legal U.S. resident currently living in the 50 United States or DC, 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE; 21 or older if resident of MS) and have Internet access as of 3/5/10. Void outside the 50 United States and DC and where prohibited.
Promotion Period : The Hawaiian Tropic Discover the Beauty of Sun Protection Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 3/5/10 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 7/15/10 (“Promotional Period”).
How To Enter : To enter: visit www.hawaiiantropic.com (“Web Site”) and follow the instructions posted on screen to complete and submit an entry.
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per Day during the Promotional Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip package for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to winner’s choice of one (1) of the following four (4) destinations (each a “Package”): 1) South Beach/Miami, FL; 2) Cancun, Mexico; 3) Paradise Island, Bahamas; or 4) Las Vegas, NV. Each Package includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sponsor) (If winner resides within 200 miles of destination chosen, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation. No cash or other compensation will be awarded for the difference in value between air transportation and ground transportation.); (ii) airport/hotel transfers; (iii) three (3) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double-occupancy; hotel to be chosen by Sponsor); (iv) one (1) spa service for winner and guest (subject to availability); (v) one (1) Hawaiian Tropic Gift Basket for Grand Prize winner containing items of Sponsor’s choice; and (vi) $1,000 in spending money to be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner.
