Eligibility : Ultimate LOST Fan Promo Contest is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Promotion Period : Entries must be received between March 1, 2010 at 12:01 p.m. PT and March 21, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Entry Period”). The finalists’ entries will be exhibited on ABC.com between 12:01 p.m. PT on April 19, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. PT on April 23, 2010 (“Voting Period”).
How To Enter : During the Entry Period, enter by visiting http://abc.go.com/shows/lost/fan-promo-contest (hereafter, the “Website”).
Limit : There is no limit as to the number of Entries submitted per person, however, each Entry should be substantially different than each of entrant’s other Entries, including Assets or Personal Content used, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Limit one (1) vote per person/account/email address per day during the Voting Period. You may submit only one (1) vote per day regardless of how many accounts or email addresses you may have.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner’s Entry will be aired at least once (subject to possible editing, as noted herein) as part of a promotional piece during the break of one of this season’s episodes of LOST. In addition, Grand Prize winner and a guest will receive a two (2) night/three (3) day trip to Los Angeles, California on dates to be determined by Sponsor to attend a LOST party that is tentatively scheduled to take place on May 13, 2010 but is subject to change. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, and two (2) admission tickets to a LOST party. Sponsor makes no promises that any LOST cast members or crew will attend the LOST party. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00.
First Prize (4): The four (4) Finalists who do not win the Grand Prize will each receive a prize pack (“Prize Pack”) consisting of: The LOST Season 5 DVD Box Set (ARV: $59.99); a “Word Cloud” t-shirt (ARV: $24.95); and a Dharma Mug (ARV: $13.95). The ARV of each Prize Pack is $98.89.
