Eligibility : The Office Depot Smokin’ Hot Instant Win Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (except Puerto Rico and Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Office Depot Smokin’ Hot Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 7, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on March 6, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Office Depot retail location and obtain an Office Depot Smokin’ Hot Instant Win Game scratch-off card with any purchase from Office Depot cashier at check-out.
Limit : Limit one (1) game piece per person per day in store.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of two prize components.
1) A Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina. Trip includes VIP weekend at the Coca-Cola 600 Race May 30 -31, 2010 and a $1,400 Office Depot Gift Card. Race experience includes: Three-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest; round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport in the U.S. or Canada nearest the winner’s home to Charlotte, NC. Winner and guest must travel from one departure location and must travel on the same itinerary; standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, for 2 nights; ground transfers to/from the airport, hotel, and race while in Charlotte, NC; grandstand tickets for winner and one (1) guest; a VIP tour for winner and guest; and dinner with #14 crew.
2) Grand Prize also includes a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas for a driving experience with Tony Stewart at the Smoke Show in August, 2010. Exact travel dates, times and availability of the track will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change by the Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel from one departure location and must travel on the same itinerary; standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, for 2 nights; ground transfers to/from the airport, hotel, and track. All travel arrangements must be made by travel agent designated by Sponsor and travel must take place on dates specified by Sponsor which are subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner and guest are unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner via the Second Chance Drawing as detailed below. Grand Prize also includes a check for $5,625.00 to defray, though not eliminate, the cost of taxes. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize (“ARV”): $29,125.00.
