Eligibility : Canon’s Organized Office Makeover Contest with Julie Morgenstern (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who have photo-capturing and uploading capabilities as of January 5, 2010, and are not a professional photographer (i.e. a person who has earned 51% or more of his/her annual income by taking, selling or marketing photos, whether as an employee or as a freelance photographer during the last three (3) years).
Promotion Period : The Canon’s Organized Office Makeover Contest with Julie Morgenstern begins on January 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on March 5, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

Limit : You may submit up to three (3) Submissions during the Submission Phase
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A consultation with Julie Morgenstern and up to two (2) days with one of her Senior Organizers; a $2,500 gift card to be used for the home office makeover; and a PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,700.
NINE (9) FIRST PRIZES: A PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer, a Canon Powershot camera and a Julie Morgenstern prize pack. ARV: $400.
