Eligibility : The Real Food Real Life Makeover Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. & Canadian residents residing in any of the 50 United States. the District of Columbia or Canada, who are 18 years of age or older and have a unique, personal and valid social security number at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Real Food Real Life Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on December 24, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) March 1, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) PRIZE of a “Real Food, Real Life Makeover” will be awarded. The Approximate Retail Value of the PRIZE is $3,500.00. The “Real Food, Real Life Makeover” includes: Trip to L.A. for one (1) including round-trip coach air fare on a flight departing from a major domestic airport, landing at LAX on a date determined by Sweepstakes sponsor, and returning to destination of origin, two (2) nights hotel stay, three (3) day economy car rental, $100 dining stipend, $200 gift certificate for a salon determined by Sponsor, 1-hour in-person consultation with Ashley Koff, R.D., 2-hour visit to L.A. grocery store and/or restaurant with Ashley Koff, two (2) follow-up phone calls from Ashley Koff, weekly review of food journals for a period of three (3) months via e-mail or other online platform and a 1-year supply of chips defined as one (1) case every three (3) months for twelve (12) months. Four (4) cases total. Each case includes fifteen (15) bags of chips containing the flavor of the winner’s choice (limited to commercially available flavors).
