Eligibility : Driving Better Choices NBA All-Star Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who have Internet access as of December 30, 2009
Promotion Period : From 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 31, 2009 through 11:59:59 p.m. on January 31, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”)
How To Enter : Visit www.nba.com/tacobell (the “Website”) during the Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address or household regardless of method of entry, per twenty-four (24) hour period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a three (3) night trip to NBA All-Star 2010 in Dallas, Texas, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). The trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Dallas, Texas area airport for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Grand Prize Winner resides in Dallas, Texas, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize; (ii) round-trip airport transfers between the airport and a Dallas area hotel; (iii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for three (3) nights; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by Adidas; (v) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Friday Night; (vi) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Saturday Night; (vii) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Game; (viii) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) American Express gift card.
