Eligibility :
JOHNSON’S® Shampoo Beautiful Hair Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) at the time of entry.
Timing :
The Contest begins on April 30 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Contest Period, visit http://nomoretugging.eprize.net/beautifulhair (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your name, telephone number (area code included), email address, and complete home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and upload one (1) photo of your child that depicts his/her healthy, beautiful hair (collectively, the “Entry”). You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the photo. If requested by Sponsor, entrant must be able to provide proof that he/she is such child’s parent or legal guardian in a form acceptable to Sponsor. All photos must be of a child between one (1) and five (5) years of age at the time of submission. Photos cannot have been taken more than six (6) months prior to submission.
Limit :
Entrant may enter up to five (5) Entries, each containing one (1) photograph of a unique child, up to one (1) per day, during the Contest Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for four (4) (winner and up to three (3) guests) to WALT DISNEY WORLD® in Orlando, FL. Trip package includes round trip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) nights standard accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); five (5) day DISNEY’S® Magic Your Way Plus Park Hopper passes for four (4) people; and shuttle service to and from DISNEY® theme parks. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,700.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: CANON® POWERSHOT® 7.1MP Digital Camera and an assortment of JOHNSON’S® Hair care products (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $246 each.
