Eligibility :
The Hubba Bubba Ultimate Kung Fu Panda Adventure Sweepstakes is restricted to children 6 to 16 years of age at time of entry who are legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) and have a valid email address. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
Timing :
The Hubba Bubba Ultimate Kung Fu Panda Adventure Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET August 15, 2008 (the “Promotional Time Period”).
How to Enter :
Go to www.hubbabubba.com (“Promotion Site”) at any time during the Promotion Period, and follow the rules for how to enter the Promotion. To play the Instant-Win Game, locate the code number on any specially marked Hubba Bubba package (available at participating retailer between May 1, 2008 and August 15, 2008, or while supplies last) and enter it into the code field provided on the Promotion Site. Or obtain a free code at www.hubbabubba.com. There is no limit on the number of free codes that you can request, however, you will receive only one (1) free code with each request. You will also be asked to provide your email address when you enter, or, if you are under the age of 13, your parent?s email address.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for ten (10) to go on the Grand Prize Winner?s chosen Kung Fu Panda Ultimate Adventure.Trip for Winner, parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (“Parent”), and/or guests (“Guests”), up to a total party of 10 travelers (collectively, “Group”). At least one (1) parent or legal guardian must accompany the Winner on the Grand Prize trip. Because the Grand Prize Winner will be considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of, or to, the Winner?s parent(s) or legal guardian, who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of Winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and Winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. The Grand Prize Trip will be determined by the Grand Prize Winner and Parent following confirmation of the Winner?s status. Grand Prize Trip choices include: Po, Zoo Adventure in San Diego; Monkey, Monkey Jungle Adventure in Miami; Tigress, Tropical Rainforest Adventure in Hawaii; Viper, Grand Canyon/Horseback Adventure in Arizona; Shifu, Zoo/Chinatown Adventure in San Francisco; Tai Lung, Winter Adventure in Alaska. Trip includes: (i) round-trip airfare from major airport near Winner?s physical place of residence at time of entry as chosen by the Sponsor, (ii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) in a total of five (5) double occupancy rooms, excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals, (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and to and from the hotel and the activities for the Group, (iv) activities for the Group (activities to be at the discretion of the Sponsor); (v) $75 per person per day for eight (8) days for meals, not to exceed $6,000, to be awarded in the form of a corporate check to Parent on behalf of the Winner; and (vi) $500 spending money to be awarded in the form of a corporate check to Parent on behalf of the Winner. The estimated approximate retail value of the travel portion of the Grand Prize (“ARV”) is $45,000. Parent will also receive on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner a single cash payment of $23,182 in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (both the travel portion and the cash payment portion). Parent and winner are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. Wrigley will comply with all tax reporting requirements. The total ARV of Grand Prize is $68,182.
Ten (10) First Prizes: Kung Fu lesson for the First Prize Winner only, to be awarded in the form of a $500 corporate check to the First Prize Winner?s Parent/Legal Guardian. The estimated approximate retail value of the First Prize (“ARV”) is $500.
Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes: One (1) “Kung Fu Panda”-themed video game (prize to be determined solely by the Sponsor) (ARV $50 each).
Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Two (20,892) Third Prizes: One (1) package of Wrigley?s Hubba Bubba Glop (ARV: $0.79).
