Eligibility : The 2009 NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest (hereafter, “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Maine) who are between the ages of 6 and 13 as of the date of entry.
Promotion Period : 2009 NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest begins 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/6/09 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 12/9/09 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : Visit www.NFLRUSH.com during the Promotion Period and click on the 2009 NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest link. Then, follow the instructions provided to pledge to play sixty (60) minutes a day and complete and submit the pre-registration form
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
(1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following: 1) A trip for four (4) to attend Super Bowl XLIV scheduled to take place in Miami, Florida on February 7, 2010. Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Florida, hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for seven (7) days/six (6) nights, mid-size rental car for seven (7) days, attendance for four (4) at NFL Kids’ Day at Super Bowl XLIV Game Day Fan Plaza, four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLIV, NFL car service to and from the game and a total of $500 spending money (awarded as a check in the name of Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian); and 2) The Grand Prize winner entrant (minor child) will have the special experience to be on the field for the pre-game and will hand the official kicking ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl XLIV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $8,500.
(10) Semi-Finalist Prizes: NFL merchandise. Exact merchandise awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV = $50 each.
