Eligibility : The Levi’s for Life Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry, except for residents of Maine who must be eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Promotion Period : The Levi’s for Life Giveaway begins September 23, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends November 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.levi.com/sweeps (“Levi’s Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form
Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day through either Website during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize Drawing Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be $10,000 that can be used toward the purchase of Levi’s for life from www.levi.com. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
