Eligibility : The Seagram’s Ultimate Spa Escape Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, except residents of California, and any other state where a promotion such as the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws or regulations.
Promotion Period : Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked between August 24, 2009 and October 16th, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) and received by October 21, 2009.

Grand Prize (1): Trip for Winner and one (1) guest (collectively, “Winners”) to a luxury spa resort of their choosing, inclusive of airfare, for 3-days, 2-night stay (the “Grand Prize”).The Grand Prize shall include round trip coach airfare from a major airport near the winner’s residence to the spa location.A U.S. passport will be required for any international travel.The Grand Prize shall also include resort accommodations (based on standard room, double occupancy rates) and four (4) basic spa treatments. The retail value of the Grand Prize shall not exceed $3,500 (the “Grand Prize Limit”).
