Eligibility : The Sparkling Life Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older at time of entry.
Promotion Period : All online entries must be received between noon Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2009 and noon ET on December 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
How To Enter : Visit www.thesparklinglife.com/sweepstakes and follow all instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form located at the website (“online entry(ies)”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a dinner for ten (10) persons prepared by Chef Fabio Viviani in the winner’s home (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize consists of: A visit by Chef Fabio Viviani (“Chef”) to Grand Prize winner’s home or a venue selected by the Sponsor, Chef’s preparation of food (“Dinner”) for Grand Prize winner and up to nine (9) guests (“Guest(s)”), food and non-alcoholic beverages for the Dinner, table décor selected by the Sponsor, and a selection of Food & Wine promotional items chosen by the Sponsor. Table décor consists of tablecloth(s), serving platters and utensils. Alcoholic beverages are not included in prize. Selection, quantity and value of food, non-alcoholic beverages, and table décor are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Chef’s visit is coordinated by the Sponsor and/or its agent and is subject to Chef’s schedule. The visit must be completed within one (1) year of prize notification or Grand Prize winner forfeits all rights to prize. Services provided by the Chef are subject to his/her terms and conditions. Once the Sponsor arranges the Chef’s visit, the Sponsor will not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement thereafter and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner. If Fabio Viviani is not available for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another Chef in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner may be required to execute an agreement that will permit the Chef’s and possible assistants to visit the Grand Prize winner’s residence and use of his or her kitchen, kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils and area for dining. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,000.
