The Yankee Candle Light Up The Holidays! Instant Win Game (the “game”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Timing :
The Yankee Candle Light Up The Holidays! Instant Win Game begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 11/1/08 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/08 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
1) During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Yankee Candle retailer, purchase a large Yankee Candle(r) jar and receive a Yankee Candle “Light Up the Holidays!” Instant Win game piece (“game piece”), while supplies last. To see if you have won a prize, scratch off the designated area on the front of the game piece. If your game piece says “You’ve Won”, you win the prize indicated, subject to verification. See Rule 4 below on how to claim your prize. Non-winning game pieces will contain a “Sorry” message and a code number. Non-winners can go online to www.yankeecandlesweeps.com during the Promotion Period and enter the code number that appears on their game piece to enter the Second Chance Drawing (See Rule 6 below). 2) TO PLAY THE GAME WITHOUT PURCHASE: For a free game piece, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Yankee Candle “Light Up The Holidays” Game Piece Request, P.
