How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, go to pages.samsung.com/us/holidayphonegiveaway, complete and submit the entry form by entering your first and last name, e-mail address and home address (including city, state and zip code). Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted entry.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
