- Click the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
You will immediately receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the grand prize.

- Participation in the TEVA X Jhene Aiko Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at time of entry.
