Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal permanent US residents physically residing in the United States and the District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other United States territories are excluded from entry and participation) who are the age of majority for the state in which they reside as of September 29, 2008.
Timing :
Awkward Moments Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 29, 2008 and ends at 8:59:59 a.m. PT on December 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
To enter, access the Sweepstakes Web site at http://www.nbc.com/Awkward_Moments/ (“Web Site”), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page, and follow the online instructions to view the three (3) Awkward Moments videos (“Videos”) and answer the Awkward Moments Trivia Questions (“Trivia Questions”). Once all of the Trivia Questions have been answered, you will be directed to a Sweepstakes entry page and entry form, where you may complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively “Entry Information”) consists of your complete first and last name, complete address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (“Entry”). Trivia Questions do not have to be answered correctly in order to receive an Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 8:59:59 a.m. PT on December 31, 2008.
Limit:
You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit ninety-four (94) total Entries per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) to be awarded in the form of a check (“Prize”).
