Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years of age or older on January 1, 2008. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the continental United States and is void in Puerto Rico, outside the United States, and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local rules and regulations. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees, officers and directors (whether or not related) are not eligible. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandchildren. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes will begin on September 1st, 2008, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and will end on October 15, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
To Enter Online: During the Promotion Period, enter your email address and contact information, including daytime telephone number, and select the “Enter Me In The Sweepstakes” button to submit your entry. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Online entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2008. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the “authorized account holder” of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. An entrant may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by the Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
To Enter by Mail: During the Promotion Period, send a 5×7 index card with your name, address, daytime telephone number and email address to ElectronicHouse.com Fall Sweepstakes, c/o EH Publishing, Inc., 111 Speen Street, Suite 200, Framingham, Massachusetts 01701. Only one mailed entry per street address is permitted. Mailed entries must be received at EH Publishing, Inc. no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2008.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per entrant during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.
