Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, NEW HAMPSHIRE, AND ALL OFF-SHORE U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS SUCH AS PUERTO RICO. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : “The Country Music Cruise Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 09:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 9, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on July 7, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Online Entrant per day.
Prize (s) :
The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) onboard The Country Music Cruise between January 18, 2015 and January 25, 2015 (the “Event”). Airfare, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations are not included. Event dates are non-negotiable. Event dates subject to change in Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner, together with Guest, cannot travel on dates specified by Sweepstakes Entities, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. Restrictions and limitations apply. The trip shall consist of the following: (i) a cruise for Grand Prize Winner and Guest onboard The Country Music Cruise, which shall depart from Fort Lauderdale, FL on January 18, 2015, and disembark in Fort Lauderdale, FL on January 25, 2015; (ii) one (1) interior cabin (of Sweepstakes Entities choice, in its sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest onboard The Country Music Cruise, which shall be based on double occupancy (telephone calls, onboard services, onboard purchases, and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) onboard meals; (iv) admission to onboard concerts produced by ECP (restrictions and limitations apply); (v) entrance to the ship’s casino and disco; (vi) use of the ship’s pools; (vii) use of the ship’s health and fitness center; and (viii) prepaid port taxes and fees (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,980.00.
