How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, use one of the following two (2) methods (each an “Entry” and collectively, “Entries”):
(A) In-Store Entry: Visit retail stores where Twisted Tea is sold during the Sweepstakes Period and take a photograph of yourself with the HISTORY Swamp People and Twisted Tea standee (each, a “Photo”). Your Photo should only include yourself and should not contain any other person (and you must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to enter the Sweepstakes). Upload your Photo using either Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #twistedswampstakes or by visiting history.com/twistedswampstakes (the “Website”) and uploading your Photo directly on the Website.
(B) Online Entry: Visit the Website and complete the online registration form including your name, age, e-mail address, state of residence and telephone number, then click “Submit” to enter the Sweepstakes. Each submission of your entry information constitutes one (1) Entry.
Eligibility : The HISTORY Twisted Tea Supper in the Swamp Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void outside the United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2014 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period, whether by In-Store Entry or Online Entry.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A two- (2) night trip for two (2) people to New Orleans, Louisiana. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare to and from a major gateway airport nearest winner’s home city (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, supper with Troy Landry consisting of dinner at a local restaurant of Troy Landry’s choosing for winner and winner’s guest and a cash gift card of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or the same amount in cash to cover meals, ground transportation and other per diem expenses. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000.00.
Sixty (60) First Prizes will be awarded: One (1) camo float (ARV: $90.00), One (1) camo cap (ARV: $3.26). Total ARV of all First prizes combined: $5,595.60.
