How To Enter : During the Entry Phase of a Contest Period, an Entrant may access BeThe8thMiner.com (“Website”) for each Contest Period’s Challenge. An Entrant may enter the Contest in one (1) of two (2) ways:
Twitter: During a Contest Period Entry Phase, an Entrant must logon to his/her Twitter account, follow @WaltDisneyWorld (if he/she does not already), and compose a new Tweet that includes a video or photo relevant to that Contest Period’s Challenge and includes the hashtag “#8thMinerContest” to receive one (1) entry (“Twitter Entry”) into the current Contest Period. An Entrant must follow @ WaltDisneyWorld and have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Promotion for at least sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period for winner notification purposes to be eligible to be named a Finalist and/or the Grand Prize winner and win/claim a Finalist Prize/Grand Prize.
Instagram: During a Contest Period Entry Phase, an Entrant must logon to his/her Instagram account, follow @WaltDisneyWorld (if he/she does not already), and post a new photograph or video relevant to that Contest Period’s Challenge and includes the hashtag “#8thMinerContest” to receive one (1) entry (“Instagram Entry”) into the current Contest Period. An Entrant must follow @ WaltDisneyWorld and have a non-private Instagram account to enter the Promotion for at least sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period for winner notification purposes to be eligible to be named a Finalist and/or the Grand Prize winner and win/claim a Finalist Prize/Grand Prize.
Eligibility : The Be The 8th Miner Contest (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”), who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing : The Promotion entry period begins on 12:00:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 4, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 22, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Finalist Prizes (7): Each Finalist will receive $500 awarded in the form of a check made payable to Finalist and a Mine Train pin (style to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Finalist Prize”). The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $509.95. The total ARV of all Finalists prizes is $3,569.65.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Walt Disney World® Resort Prize Package, consisting of an eight (8) day/seven (7) night vacation package for four (4) people to the Walt Disney World Resort (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will include: [1] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport (however if the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 miles of Walt Disney World Resort, transportation will not be provided); [2] roundtrip airport ground transfers via Disney’s Magical Express Service between the destination airport and the Walt Disney World Resort; [3] room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; [4] four (4) 7-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option (subject to restrictions); [5] one (1) USD $800 Disney® Gift Card; [6] one (1) Disney Character Meet and Greet with photo opportunity for Grand Prize winner’s party; and [7] Grand Prize winner’s choice of any Disney PhotoPass™ Service products, valued up to $300, fulfilled as a Disney Gift Card (online registration required). The ARV of the Walt Disney World Resort Prize Package is $10,747.68.
