How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period visit www.tonightshowuniversal.com (the “Website”), click on the Enter Sweepstakes button, select an answer (“Answer”) to the “Watch, Answer, and Win” question, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, zip code, telephone number, email address, and date of birth (“Entry”). Answer will not affect your chances of winning.
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : Begins on May 26th, 2014 at 11:30 PM ET and end on June 7th, 2014 at 6:30 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
There will be twenty-two (22) prizes awarded (each a “Prize”) to Winners. Each Winner will receive one (1) Prize.
The Prize for each Geographic Area excluding Geographic Area 20 (“Prize 1”) will consist of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Prize 1 will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or another on-site hotel as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3 Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for Winner and up to one (1) Guest; admission to one (1) Blue Man Group performance (“Performance”) for Winner and up to one (1) Guest (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion); attendance at a taping of the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon at Universal Orlando (“Taping”) for Winner and up to one (1) Guest; and attendance at the VIP Preview of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley (“VIP Preview”) for Winner and up to one (1) Guest. The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize 1 is one thousand eight hundred fifty-one dollars and thirty-four cents ($1,851.34).
The Prize for Geographic Area 20 (Orlando, FL) (“Prize 2”) will consist of a four (4) day, three (3) night stay for Winner and up to one (1) Guest at Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida.
