How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, watch the Show between 8:00 A.M. ET/CT/MT/PT/Alaskan Time/Hawaiian Time and 8:35 A.M. ET/CT/MT/PT/Alaskan Time/Hawaiian Time daily during the Sweepstakes Period to obtain the daily question, or clue (“Clue”), relating to Universal Orlando Resort’s new The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™. There will be six (6) Clues, one (1) for each full day of the Sweepstakes Period. Then, visit the website at sweepstakes.today.com (“Website”), click on the Sweepstakes icon, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your first and last name, email address, date of birth, ZIP code, gender, telephone number (including area code), and the answer (“Answer”) to the daily Clue (“Entry”).
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Discovering Diagon AlleyTM on TODAY (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on May 13, 2014 at 8:00:00 A.M. ET and end on May 19, 2014 at 7:59:59 A.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day, for a total of no more than six (6) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
There will be twenty five (25) prizes awarded (“Prize” or “Prizes”) with one (1) Prize to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: a trip for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest” or “Guests”) to Orlando, Florida (“Trip”) for the grand opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ at Universal Studios Florida® (“Grand Opening”). Trip consists of the following elements: roundtrip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined in Prize Provider’s sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida; standard hotel accommodations
for three (3) consecutive nights (single room/quadruple occupancy/room and tax only) (“Hotel”); the opportunity for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to attend a live broadcast of the TODAY Show, scheduled to take place during the Grand Opening (“Broadcast”); 3 Park Unlimited Passes to Universal Studios Florida®, Universal’s Islands of Adventure® and Wet ‘n Wild® for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; non-exclusive ground transportation between the parks and Hotel for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; Blue Man Group tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests, for a date and time as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion; Universal Express Passes for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and roundtrip ground transportation between Orlando-area airport and Hotel for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is five thousand, two-hundred, and sixty dollars and eighty-five cents ($5,260.85).
