How To Enter : Access the Promotion on the World Wide Web at cwtv.com/winterstale (the “Website”) to reach the Promotion registration page. Each time a Participant attempts to enter, he/she must follow the on-screen instructions and, in the spaces provided (using the entry mechanism provided), enter the following information: his/her first name, last name, street address (no P.O. boxes allowed), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and any other Entry-related personally identifying information requested by the Sponsor (“Entry”).
Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and/or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).
Timing : The CW Winter’s Tale Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on January 16, 2014, at 5:00:00 p.m. PT and ends on January 30, 2014, at 4:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : A Participant may enter as often as he/she wishes
Prize (s) :
One (1) prize (“Prize”) will be awarded to the Winner. The Prize will consist of one (1) three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the New York City, New York, area (the “Trip”) to attend the New York City motion-picture premiere screening of Winter’s Tale (the “Event”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (to be determined by Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion) in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia to the destination-city-area airport (Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency); hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel determined by the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the selected destination-city area; ground transportation to and from hotel to the Event on February 14, 2014, and two hundred fifty dollars (US$250) spending money (for Winner only). The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize will not exceed six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500).
