How To Enter : Entrants may participate in the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes page located at www.fox.com/superperks (the “Sweepstakes Homepage”) during the Sweepstakes Period. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the entry form by providing all of the information requested. Once the form is completed, Entrant must click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant (“Entrant”) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Timing : “AMERICAN IDOL Fly Away to the Finale! Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at approximately 9:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, January 3, 2014 and ends on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 11:59 pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (1) One (1) Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) will receive a 4-day /3-night trip for GP Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California (the “Trip”) to attend the season Finale taping of the FOX television show AMERICAN IDOL. The Trip is currently anticipated to take place in May 2014, on dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA) to a Los Angeles-area airport; (b.) Three (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only); (c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event (defined below); (d.) $250 spending money; and (e.) access for two (2) people to attend the season Finale taping of the FOX television show AMERICAN IDOL, on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Event”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,100.
