Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Timing : Ryan Seacrest’s New Year’s Eve in NYC Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01am Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 14, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59pm PT on December 20, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
