How To Enter : Access www.joyfulpetmoments.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period. Select your grocery store banner then sign in to your Plus Card account. After signing in, click on the link to “Play the Game” then follow the on-screen directions to play the Joyful Memories Instant Win Game. You will begin with a screen that asks you to “pick your pet” (dog or cat). After selecting dog or cat, a matching game will then appear; click “start” to play the game. To play the game, click on the various squares to find matches; there are 8 pet pairs for each matching game. You may click “solve” at any time to see if you are a winner of an instant win game prize. You will receive a message letting you know if you are the winner of an instant win game prize. If you have won a prize, you will see an on-screen message indicating that you have won a prize, subject to verification, and stating which prize you have won. Click “claim now!” to load your coupon to your Plus Card account. You will see a message confirming that your prize has been loaded to your Plus Card account. If you are not a winner, the on-screen message will indicate that you did not win a prize. Upon completing your first eligible game play (winning or non winning) during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the random Grand Prize drawing.

If you do not have a Plus Card, you may sign up for one at the retailer’s website. There is no fee to sign up for a Plus Card.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 noon ET on December 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 21, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida for 3 days/2 nights at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from a major airport near winner’s home residence to Orlando and ground transport from airport to hotel and return to airport on day of departure, and a $500 cash stipend for the winner awarded in the form of a check. Winner may opt to bring one (1) small dog/cat (must adhere to the restrictions of the airline and be 15 lbs. or less in order to accompany winner). Winner is responsible for contacting their veterinarian to obtain any necessary health certificates, paperwork etc. needed to fly their dog to Orlando, FL. Winner must also provide the under seat carrier for the small dog. Under no circumstance will pet exceeding size restrictions that would prevent it from being carried onboard a commercial flight in an approved pet carrier that would fit under a passenger seat be permitted to travel via cargo. If winner does not have a dog/cat that meets this criteria, a $40 per day boarding fee, awarded in the form of check, will be provided to winner in lieu (only if applicable). Resort amenities include a one hour massage for winner and guests and a “spa day” for winner’s pet. If travel with the pet in the cabin is not possible, or the pet owner would prefer to drive to the spa destination, Sponsor will provide pet owner with a travel stipend of up to $1,000 to cover travel expenses in lieu of airfare and an alternate hotel/spa location closer to winner’s home which would be of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value of Grand Prize trip is $5,200.00.
