How To Enter : Visit website nick.com/birdseye (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete an entry form as directed online (each an “Entry”, collectively the “Entries”).
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be (i) a legal resident of the continental United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) and (ii) between the ages of six (6) and thirteen (13) or the parent or legal guardian of a child between those ages at time of entry (“Participant”).
Timing : Â The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59::59 p.m. EDT on August 25, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize Winner (“GP Winner”) will be awarded a trip for GP Winner and up to three (3) guests (one of which whom must be the parent of GP Winner) (“Guests”) to New York, NY (the “Trip Package”).
