How To Enter : To enter in the Sweepstakes, you must go to http://www.mylifetime.com/sweepstakes/spring-fever/entry (the “Website”) and complete the registration form (individually, an “Entry,” and collectively, the “Entries”).
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on March 26, 2013 and ends on April 23, 2013

Four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will receive a check in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in the name of the Weekly Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
One Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in the name of the Grand Prize Winner [ARV is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)].
