How To Enter : Contestant must go to the “Anderson Live” webpage located at http://www.andersoncooper.com/page/ugly-holiday-sweater-december/ during the Contest Period and follow the steps
Eligibility : The Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) (“Contestant”).
Timing : Begins on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, December 16, 2012 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per Contestant during the Contest Period.

GRAND PRIZE:
• The “Grand Prize” winner will receive:
o Four (4) Night Trip to Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Resort in Waikoloa, Hawaii for Two (2) People, which includes:
• Round-trip economy class airfare and associated baggage fees for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater Waikoloa, Hawaii; and
• Ground Transportation from Airport in Waikoloa, Hawaii to the Resort and from the Resort to the Airport in Waikoloa, Hawaii; and
• Accommodations in One (1) Resort Room in the Palace or Ocean Tower; and
• Daily Breakfast at the Resort.
o Amenities include access to the Resort’s three unique swimming pools, the on-property ocean-fed lagoon and white-sand beach and shuttle service to nearby A-Bay, a popular salt and pepper sand beach. Activities such as aqua hula, a guided petroglyph tour and introductory snorkeling are complimentary as well.

Trip blackout dates apply for all major holidays and the Ironman World Championship in October.
