How To Enter : To enter the Contest, visit www.tlc.com/Panera starting September 12, 2012 and follow the instructions.
Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older (“Entrant”) throughout the Contest Period (Defined below).
Timing : The Contest begins at 7:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 12, 2012 and ends at 11:59PM ET on October 6, 2012 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per entrant per day during the Contest Period
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize Winner will also receive $10,000.00 USD in cash (or equivalent), Panera Bread gift cards totalling $500.00 USD, and one (1) Bagels for a Year gift Certificate valued at $167.88 (Total Grand Prize ARV: $10,667.88 USD).
In addition to the Grand Prize, Sponsor will award runner-up prizes to the other Finalists based on the number of votes each entry received during the Public Judging Period; such prizes to be awarded as follows:
– $1,000.00 USD in cash (or equivalent) and one (1) Panera Bread gift card in the amount of $150.00 USD to each of the four (4) Finalists whose Entries received the second-most, third-most, fourth-most, and fifth-most overall votes, respectively (Total ARV: $4,600.00 USD).
– One (1) Panera Bread gift card in the amount of $150.00 USD to each of the fifteen (15) remaining Finalists (Total ARV: $2,250.00 USD).
