Eligibility :
Fandango’s The Dark Knight Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 30, 2008, with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and subsequent prize-award period (as defined below). All employees of Fandango, Inc. (“Sponsor”), all employees of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., AsiaLuxe Holidays and all associated agencies and each of their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes entry period begins as of 5:01 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 30, 2008 and ends as of 5:00 p.m. PDT on July 28, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit an entry online at www.fandango.com/summermovies (“Online Entry”). Enter your name and e-mail address, and click “Submit.” Limit 1 (one) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, via Online Entry. Entrants will have the opportunity to receive up to three (3) additional entries by signing-up for one (1) or more of the following free services: 1.) Sign up to receive Fandango movie news and/or 2.) Sign up to receive text messages from Fandango on your mobile device and/or 3.) Sign up to receive updates from AsiaLuxe Holidays.
Limit :
Limit 1 (one) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, via Online Entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize with a total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($4,999.00) (USD) to include: A five (5) day/ four (4) night tour package, “Hong Kong Wonders”, courtesy of AsiaLuxe Holidays; round-trip airfare for two (2) passengers on Cathay Pacific Airlines between Los Angeles and Hong Kong (ARV:$3,000 (USD)); four (4) nights’ lodging at Kowloon Shangri-la Hotel including breakfast.
