Eligibility :
The AT&T U-Verse “So Happy Together” Decoder Game (“Grand Prize Drawing”) is sponsored by AT&T Operations, Inc., 530 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, TX 78215 (“Sponsor”). The Grand Prize Drawing is offered in conjunction with two (2) Sponsor promotions through different Sponsor Web sites (“Creative Presentations”). One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through both Creative Presentations. In addition, a decoder game (the “Decoder Game”) will take place within this Creative Presentation. The Decoder Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are referred to collectively as the “Promotion.”
Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 20, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 4, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Decoder Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined. During the Promotion, Sponsor will mail Decoder game pieces (each a “Decoder”) to individuals selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3. During the Promotion Period, visit http://att.eprize.net/decoder and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, advance to the Decoder Game page and will receive one (1) Decoder Game play for that day. To play the Decoder Game, place your decoder over the scrambled message displayed on your computer monitor to reveal the hidden image. If you do not have a Decoder, then click on the link titled “Don’t Have a Decoder” to reveal the hidden image. The Decoder Game results will be displayed instantly. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Decoder Game and will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Decoder Game.
Limit :
Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, and each entrant may use the same Decoder for multiple entries/game plays.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Home Theater Package awarded in the form of a $10,000 Best Buy® gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through both Creative Presentations.
TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: A $100 Best Buy® gift card. ARV: $100. ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (160) SECOND PRIZES: A $50 Best Buy® gift card. ARV: $50. TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) THIRD PRIZES: A $25 Best Buy® gift card. ARV: $25. Odds of winning a Decoder Game Prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number eligible Decoder Game plays received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) Decoder Game Prize per person.
