How To Enter : Eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online Sweepstakes registration form located at NaturesOwnBread.com/BigGreenGiveaway (the “Website”). Each participant will be required to provide name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address. Eligible participants may also enter by visiting any participating retailer location and completing an official Sweepstakes entry form. Entry forms must be fully completed and include your first name, last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and email address (if available). Mail the completed entry form to: “Big Green Giveaway” Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. All entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2014 and received by September 20, 2014.
Eligibility : The regional Sweepstakes will be open to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA,
VT, and WV. In addition, participants must have the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry.
Timing : The “Big Green Giveaway” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2014 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 15, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per household per week, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s) :
There will be Twenty (20) Grand Prize winners, One (1) First Prize winner, Two (2) Second Prize winners, and Three (3) Third Prize winners.
