Eligibility : The “Hoodie Awards” Contest (“Contest”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age (except Alabama and Nebraska, 19; Mississippi 21) or older at time of Entry (“Entrant”)
Timing : Contest begins at 6:01:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 23, 2012 and ends at 2:59:59 P.M. ET on July 27, 2012 (“Contest Period”).

Prize (s) :
Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) (Winner and one (1) guest) to Las Vegas, NV to depart on 8/2/12 and return on 8/5/12. Travel dates are subject to change and are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip includes round-trip airfare for two (2) (Winner and Winner’s Guest) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and 3 nights’ standard hotel accommodations for two (2) at a hotel as chosen by Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy) and $25,000 cash donated by Sponsor in the Winner’s name to a cause or charity of Winner’s choosing.
