Eligibility :
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are employed as servers at foodservice
establishments. Employees, officers and directors of McCain Foods USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, licensees, agencies and affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Any determination of eligibility will be made by Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participating in trade promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies. Void where prohibited by law or internal business or company policy.
Timing :
Contest entries must be postmarked by 7/18/08 and received by 7/31/08.
How to Enter :
This sweepstakes is running in conjunction with the “Appetizer Revolution” Contest, which is encouraging consumers to send in their idea for the next appetizer craze. For every contest entry that is received listing the first and last name of the server and the foodservice establishment where the consumer received the entry form, the listed server will receive one entry into the sweepstakes.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Prize (s):
On or about 9/15/08, a random drawing will be conducted by Direct Hit Data Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:
(1) Grand Prize: $2,500 to be awarded as a check.
(1) First Prize: $1,000 to be awarded as a check.
(1) Second Prize: $500 to be awarded as a check.
