Eligibility : Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older.
Timing : The Transformers™: The Ride-3D ™ – ‘Prepare for Battle’ Competition (the “Promotion”) starts on February 4, 2012 at 12:00 Noon PST and ends on March 17, 2012 at 11:59 PM Noon PST (“Promotion Period”).

Award For Prize Period 2 (5): One (1) limited edition (numbered) Transformers The Ride ™ poster. ARV: $100 each.
Award For Prize Period 3 (5): One (1) EVAC Toy. ARV: $25 each.
Grand Award (1): A trip for Award Recipient and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA. Trip consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Award Recipient’s residence to designated location, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), two (2) front of line (“FOL”) passes to Universal Studios Hollywood and round-trip airport/hotel ground transfers in Southern California. The Grand Award will also consist of the following items for the Award Recipient only: one (1) limited edition hand embroidered badge, one (1) numbered collectible mini-poster artwork #1, one (1) numbered collectible mini-poster artwork #2, one (1) Transformers shirt and one (1) Transformers hat, and one (1) EVAC Toy. If Award Recipient resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. ARV: $2,613. Actual value of may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Promoter or Grand Award will be forfeited and Promoter will have no further obligation to such Award Recipient. Promoter reserves right to change dates of Grand Award at its sole discretion. Grand Award Recipient and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of Grand Award Recipient and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If Award Recipient is 13-17 than Award Recipient must travel with parent or legal guardian. If guest is child or legal ward of Grand Award Recipient, Grand Award Recipient must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Promoter’s agent, on a carrier of Promoter’s choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with Grand Award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the Grand Award Recipient. FOL passes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Grand Award Recipient and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of Grand Award. In the event Promoter is unable to provide FOL passes, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of Award package will be awarded and Promoter will have no further obligation to such Grand Award Recipient.

Third Award (35): One (1) numbered collectible mini-poster artwork #2, one (1) Transformers shirt and one (1) Transformers hat, and one (1) Transformers Toy. ARV: $141 each.
Fourth Award (15): One (1) numbered collectible mini-poster artwork #2, and one (1) Transformers Toy. ARV:$111 each.
