Do you love your neighborhood? Tell Valpak what make it so special and you could win a block party for up to 100 people including a DJ, a dance floor, food, drinks and more!
Starting on August 24th, enter the Valpak Rock The Block Contest by visiting either valpak.com/party (for U.S. residents) or valpak.ca/party (for Canadian residents). Access the Contest Entry Form and fill out required fields including a short essay, between 150 and 250 words in length, about what makes your neighborhood awesome and why you want to throw a block party. Be sure to enter by no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, October 9, 2015 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.
A total of fifty (50) Grand Prize Finalists will be randomly selected on or about October 12, 2015. One (1) Grand Prize winner, with the highest score determined by judging criteria, shall win the Block Party, for up to 100 people, consisting of the following elements:
- up to $750 toward venue rental costs,
- sound equipment rental,
- DJ/Band,
- a dance floor,
- food and drinks,
- serving staff and equipment,
- tables and chairs,
- décor and balloons,
- invitations,
- Valpak-branded cupcakes.
In order to be eligible for the Valpak Rock The Block Contest, you must be a legal resident of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older at time of entry. Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) are also eligible to enter and win. No more than one (1) entry per person will be accepted during the entire Contest Period.
